Fantomas has devised another hell of a stunt: he will give the world's richest people a choice - either life or the so-called right-to-life tax. All the rich at risk will meet in Scotland, in Lord MacRashley's sumptuous castle. Fandor, the journalist, his fiancée Helena and Commissioner Juve and his assistant. But no one knows that the castle is also home to Fantomas, who, thanks to his disguise and his skill in making perfect masks, will even become Lord Rashley himself. He's trying to get his hands on a million dollars worth of diamonds, but he's got Fandor and Helena and Commissioner Juve and his whole suite on his tail.
