Captain Toulouse, head of the French secret services is embedded in a case of double agent. He soon realizes it is a plot from of his fellow-agent, Milan who intends to take his position. As an answer to this plot, Toulouse makes Milan believe a formidable secret agent has been appointed to investigate the case. This fake agent is randomly selected by Perrache, Toulouse's right-hand man, in the airport of Orly.
