The story of the famous and influential 1960s rock band and its lead singer and composer, Jim Morrison, from his days as a UCLA film student in Los Angeles, to his untimely death in Paris, France at age 27 in 1971.

Mrmojo

The movie tells the story of one of the most iconic Rock band of all time The Doors. It mainly focuses on the life of the singer Jim Morrison. It starts with childhood memories, when the Morrison family drives across and road accident in which a native Indian family had perished, and even which has apparently highly influenced the singer in his artistic carrier. Afterwards his arrival at Venice beach, his studies at UCLA where he meets Ray Manzarek and Robbie Krieger, with whom he will created the band The Doors. We then follow the group in its psychedelic trip to the Death Valley, the sudden success and the abuse of Morison who became an icon of the Rock Music. His personality will fascinate the crowds until his death in Paris in 1971.
