M * A * S * H is the hit movie that's based off of a novel by Richard Hooker, and was so widely popular it spawned a long running television series of the same name. In the movie itself it follows a group of soldiers who are attached to the Mobile Army Surgical Hospital (M.A.S.H) during the Korean Conflict, and set up base several miles from the front lines. Led by Captains Hawkeye Pierce and Trapper John McIntyre, they add to the chaos of the war with hilarious effect, often waxing poetic about the world around them, and the war that they have to serve in.
